FOR EXAMPLE: Basic safety training (STCW) can be completed in person in Romania at Ceronav, or online via Avant (you can find them on Instagram: avant_odessa). You can obtain the seafarer's medical certificate in Romania at the DOCTOR 3D Maritime Medicine Clinic in Constanța (located at 24 Țepeș Vodă Street). Alternatively, you can search on Google, and the location nearest to you will be displayed.
